# Employee Profile org chart widget {#ariaid-title1}

Use the Employee Profile org chart widget to easily browse, search, and navigate through the organization chart.  
As an employee, you can do the following:

* Navigate through a visual employee directory of names and title information.
* Learn more about an employee and the org structure by navigating to a detailed employee profile.
* View the other managers of the current user in a pop-up.
* View direct reports and other reports of a user. The total number of reports is displayed on the user card.
* Perform quick actions based on the org chart action group.
