Configure hiring task types

  • Configure different types of hiring tasks in the Recruitment workspace for efficient task management.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_uni_task.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Universal Tasks > Administration > Universal Task Configurations.
    2. In the default Job Application [sn_ta_hiring_core_job_application] table, add more tasks in Task types.
      The default Task types are Upload Documents and Mark When Complete. The following are the other options available to be configured.
      • Submit Catalog Item
      • Checklist
      • Collect Employee Input
    3. Select Update to save your changes to the record table.
