The ServiceNow Otto for Contract Management Pro analysis follows a workflow and moves through a series of states, which are displayed in the contract request. The contract analysis details are available in the activity stream and are also
communicated by an email notification to the contract fulfiller, contract collaborator, and assignment group manager.
The following table describes the different states that a document goes through during AI analysis in the Contract documents tab.

| State | Description |
|-|-|
| Not started | Analysis hasn't been requested for the version. |
| Analysis in progress | Analysis is in progress. |
| Ready to review | Analysis is complete and suggestions are ready for review. |
| Completed | Analysis suggestions are reviewed and marked as complete. |
| Canceled | Analysis was canceled. |
| Error | Error occurred when initiating or executing the analysis. |

| Ready to analyze | Latest version of the contract document is ready for contract analysis. |
| Not configured | Configuration is missing for the contract type that is associated with the contract document. |
| File type error | File type of the contract document isn't supported. |
| Analysis in progress | Analysis is in progress. |
| Error | Error occurred while evaluating the details for the contract analysis. |
