# Complete a smart assessment

# Complete a smart assessment for a safety inspection or audit through the Mobile agent app {#ariaid-title1}

Use the Mobile Agent app to complete a smart assessment questionnaire for Health and Safety inspection or audit as an agent.

## Before you begin

When the agent logs in to the Mobile Agent app, they can view the notification for the newly assigned smart assessment.

Role required: sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_writer or sn_hs_rm.safety_audit_writer  
Note:  
To perform this task, the role must match or contain the role specified in the Assessment reader role field. This field is set during the smart assessment template configuration. For more information, see [Configure the smart assessment template for safety inspections and audits](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/V6389titcDX0AS2aeRtUKw "You can create smart assessment templates and add instructions, questions, and reference information by using the template designer in the Smart Assessment Engine application.").

## Procedure

1. Tap the Home icon (![home icon]()).
2. Select See all for the Smart assessment section.
3. Tap the smart assessment record.
4. Answer the questions in the questionnaire.  
   * Tap Next to complete all sections of the questionnaire.
   * If the questionnaire is long or if more information is needed, tap the Partial save icon (![partial save icon]()) to save the partially filled questionnaire and complete it later.
   * You can also create actions or findings for each question in the smart assessment questionnaire. 5. Tap on the Submit button.
