Use guided tours in Employee Relations to get an overview of Employee Relations cases.

About this task
Guided tours help train and onboard users within the workspace. Each tour is designed to provide an overview, guide you through a task, or complete a process. If needed, administrators can create more tours. For more information, see Guided Tours.
When you visit a page that has a guided tour for the first time, a welcome screen appears. You can choose to either begin the tour or skip the tour. The tour can be revisited from the Help Center menu.
Guided tours in Employee Relations are only available in report misconduct cases. The tour is inactive by default. To enable the guided tour, see Enable guided tours in Employee Relations.
