# View workplace insights on the dashboards {#ariaid-title1}

Access workplace insights directly from the Workplace Central Dashboard using Insight Cards. These cards deliver real-time data from various workplace sources, enabling managers and users to track important metrics like space utilization, occupancy rates,
reservation trends, and environment summaries.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin  
Note:  
Insights are linked to relevant user profiles based on predefined criteria and are shown on the Workplace Central dashboard based on the selected category.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkplace CentralWorkplace Central.  
   You can also open Workplace Central from the Employee Center. Navigate to WorkspacesWorkplace Central
2. Select the following tabs to view insights related to a specific category:  
   * Space Optimization
   * Occupancy Dashboard
   * Reservation Management
