    • Use existing talent pools to associate suitable talent profiles from the pools to your talent pool.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

    About this task

    Copy the suitable talent profiles to associate them to your pool from another talent pool. You can also directly associate the talent profiles to your pool.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Recruitment workspace.
    2. Go to the Talent pool tab.

      Copy talent from one pool to another pool Copy talent from one pool to the other from the Talent pool tab.

      Go to the talent pool and in the Talent tab, select the profiles to view the Copy to another pool button and select it.
      Copy talent profile to a pool Copy talent from the All talent section to a talent pool.

      Go to the All talent section, select the profiles to copy to see and select the Copy to pool button.
    3. In the Copy to another pool pop-up window, search for or select the Talent pool you want to copy to, from the Select talent pool drop-down list.
      Note:
      You see a pool in the drop-down list only if you're the owner of the pool or one of the collaborators.
    4. Select Done to finish.

    Result

    You have associated the required talent profiles from one Talent pool to another.
