  • Opt in to unified appointment booking and enable it for the Employee Center.

    About this task

    If you are using IT Service Management with Employee Center Pro, the default appointment booking experience in the Employee Center is the Walk-up Experience. You can opt in to unified appointment booking to allow bookings based on user criteria, categories, and reasons.

    Note:
    If you are not using the ITSM Walk-up Experience with Employee Center Pro, unified appointment booking is opted in by default.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_core.walkup_admin, sn_walkup.walkup_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Appointment Booking > Setup.
    2. Select the Yes, opt in to unified appointment booking check box, then select Opt-in.
