Create workplace contracts in Workplace Central

  • As a lease administrator or manager, you can create workplace contracts and also add assets, terms and conditions, contract locations, and documents to a contract.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_la.workplace_central_user, sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central.
    2. Select Lease Administration.
    3. Click New.
    4. In the Contract Model field, select Lease.
    5. In the Terms and conditions section, specify the legal information in the contract.
    6. On the form, fill in the rest of the fields.

    7. Click Save.
    8. Optional: You can submit the contract for review or add contract services, contract locations, assets, terms and condition, or documents to the contract.
    9. Either save the contract or submit it for review.
