Add workplace contract locations in Workplace Central

  • Add locations to the workplace contract for the locations the contract covers.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_la.workplace_central_user, sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central.
    2. Select Lease Administration.
    3. Select a contract.
    4. In the Contract locations related list, either select an existing location or add a new location.

      Existing location
      1. Select Add.
      2. Select the locations that are covered by the contract.
      3. Select Save.
      New location
      1. Select New.
      2. Fill in the location new record form.
      3. Select Save.

    Result

    The locations covered are added to the contract.
