Talent profile overview
The Talent profile application provides a unified view of all talent types, including applicants, employees, contingent workers, and alumni, enabling faster and more informed hiring decisions. It improves talent visibility by creating talent profiles and pools, and allows for better sourcing, screening, and interview management decisions by tracking past interactions with the organization.
