Create a Health and Safety action to a requested permit-to-work. This helps to address the root cause of any reported safety occurrence.

Role required: sn_hs_rm.permit_coordinator or sn_ohs_im.action_writer
About this task
You can add actions from the Actions tab on a Health and Safety record or by using the Action planner in the contextual sidebar. For more information on Action planner, see Create and manage a safety action in the Action planner.
Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the risk management icon (
).

Select the Permit to work list and select All.

Open a permit record to add an action.

In the Health and Safety actions tab of the related items, select New.

On the form, fill in the fields.

Select Save.
The action appears in the list of actions in the Health and Safety actions tab of the permit record. It is also listed in the Actions list on Health and Safety Workspace.
