License Talent Development Core users

    • Talent Development Core uses the Employee Profile licensing feature to license user.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_egd_core.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Profile > Application licensing > Employee licensing.
    2. Select New.
    3. Fill in the Employee Application Access Criteria form.
      Read about the fields in this form in Employee Application Access Criteria reference. Use a filter condition that meets your criteria for who should be licensed.
      Note:
      All conditions on a single criteria form must be met. However, a user doesn't have to meet all of the criteria listed for employee licensing, they just have to meet the criteria for one of the records.
    4. Select Submit.

    What to do next

    You can view the list of licensed users by navigating to All > Employee Profile > Application licensing and opening a record.
