  • Review and finalize the contract document for sending it for signature.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal.
    2. Select My Requests from the form context menu.
    3. Select View all requests from the drop-down list.
    4. Select the legal request from the list.
    5. Review the contract document from the Preview tab.
      In the preview tab, the contract document of type PDF or HTML will be downloaded in PDF format, whereas contract document of type Microsoft Word will be download in DOCX format.
    6. Optional: If any changes need to be made to the contract document, submit a change request.
      1. From the Actions drop-down list, select Request Changes.
      2. In the Request Changes dialog box, enter the details you want to update.
      3. Select Submit.
        The change request is submitted to the legal department for revision in the contract document and its status updates to Work in Progress. The document status of the contract document updates to Internal Legal Review.
        Anyone from the legal department can make the requested changes in the document and send the updated document back to you.
        Note:
        You cannot access a document preview until the legal department sends back the revised document.

    What to do next

    When the contract document is finalized, send it for signature by selecting Send for signature.
