Create Universal Request for Health and Safety cases as an employee
You can submit a Universal Request for Health and Safety cases from the Employee Center using the Request Help form.

Result
- The request is transferred to the Health and Safety department.
- The universal request number from which the health and safety case is created appears in the Universal Request field on the health and safety case form.
- The health and safety case number appears in the Primary Ticket field on the universal request form. It also appears under the Associated Tickets related item.
