Triggers
The workflow activates when the case is assigned and in a Ready or WIP state through the following triggers:
- Manager Action: Triggered when a manager approves or rejects a tuition reimbursement pre-approval request.
- Case Creation/Update: Triggered upon the creation or update of the employee's request.
Now Assist Panel
The Now Assist panel can be enabled to display notifications and outputs from AI agents, allowing HR agents to receive case resolution updates and summaries directly within the panel.

Select this option to receive and review notifications by AI agents in the Now Assist panel. AI agents notify HR agents in the Now Assist panel with the case resolution and summarization notes.
