Configure tracked Knowledge Base for the self-solved KPI
By default, the Self-solved using Knowledge KPI in the HR Success Dashboard tracks articles views only in the Human Resources General knowledge base. If your organization uses a different knowledge base or multiple knowledge bases, complete these steps to update the scope.
Before you begin

Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select HRSM KB deflection from the list.
- In the Activity Context Types tab, select the Preview icon corresponding to Viewed a knowledge article activity type.
- Select Open record.
- In the Activity Context Type form, change the filter condition to include the relevant knowledge bases.
- Select Update.
