Configure the employee profile page in Employee Slate. Set the fields that appear and the fields that an employee can edit.
About this task
The employee profile page is the destination for any user card in the org chart. Employees reach the page from the left navigation or from the chart.
The page presents the About and Team sections. Field groups include work details, bio, personal details, and employment details. The overview UI configuration controls which fields appear and where.
Procedure

Navigate to .
Select the field groups that appear on the profile page. Groups include Bio, Personal details, Team section, Work details, and Employment details.

For each field group, select the fields to display.
The selected fields appear on the profile page in the order shown in the configuration.

Set the editable fields for the employee.
Common editable fields are nickname, pronouns, and bio. Non-editable fields are read-only on the profile page.
- Optional:
Show the org chart CTA button on the profile.
The CTA button takes the employee from a profile to the corresponding view in the org chart.
- Optional:
Verify the profile from an employee account such as Abel Tuter or Beth Anglin.
Open the profile page from the left navigation. Confirm that the About, Team, and field sections render as configured.

Save the configuration.
The save commits the field selections and the editable field list. Refresh the profile to confirm the change.
Result
Employees view the configured About and Team sections, the selected field groups, and the editable fields on the profile page. The profile experience aligns with the organization chart and with the AI conversational use cases
that reference user details.
