Logging in to the visitor portal

    Log in as an internal visitor

    As an internal visitor, you can login using your instance credentials or using single sign-on.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_user

    Procedure

    1. Open the visit details email that you received for your visit.
    2. In the email, select the visitor portal link.
      The visitor portal opens with the login page displayed by default.
    3. Enter your username and password, then select Login.
      Alternatively, you can use single sign-on (SSO) if it's supported by your organization.

    Log in as an external visitor

    As an external visitor, you can login using your registered email and a one-time pass-code.

    Before you begin

    Role required: None

    Procedure

    1. Open the visit details email that you received for your visit.
    2. In the email, select the visitor portal link.
      The visitor portal opens with the login page displayed by default.
    3. Enter your registered email address, then select Send verification code.
      The system sends a one-time pass-code to the email address.
    4. On the visitor portal, enter the pass-code that you received, then select Verify.
      If you didn't receive the pass-code, select Resend code to send another code to the email.

      Alternatively, you can select a different email address by selecting Use a different email.
