Disable Microsoft Teams status view

    Role required: sp_admin/sn_hr_sp.esc_admin

    About this task

    You can choose whether you want to show the integrated status view of Microsoft Teams on your Employee Profile page.

    For employees, you can enable or disable the user presence info using the employee profile header configuration. For more information, refer to Configure the Employee Profile header.

    For non-employees, follow this procedure:

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Profile.
    2. Right-click and choose Instance Options from the list.
    3. Select or deselect the Enable non employee user presence info and click save on the pop-up screen, depending on your preference whether you want the Microsoft Teams status view on your Employee Profile page.

    Result

    Customize your employee profile page as per your business requirement, by adding or removing the Microsoft Teams status view.
