The form that appears when you create a record in the Leader Hub Metric Configurations table contains the following fields:

| Icon | Image for the employee engagement metric that you create. This image is associated with the application that you select in the Metric field. |

| Description | A description to describe the metric you're configuring for the application you selected in the Metric field. |
| Active | Option to indicate whether the employee engagement metric is available to leaders when they access Leader Hub. |
| Enable on Talent Visibility | Option to indicate whether the employee engagement metric is visible on the Org talent page when you view a card that contains information about an
employee. Administrators can select this option for up to three employee engagement metrics that they configure. The system generates the following error message when you exceed the maximum number of metrics permitted to have this option: You can only choose up to three metrics to display on talent visibility card. |
