Cancel the signature process

    • Cancel a signature process for contract documents that have been sent to signatories.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller

    About this task

    The state of the contract request should be Awaiting signature.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the workspace.
    2. Open the contract request.
    3. On the Standard Ticket page, from the Actions menu, select Cancel signature.
    4. On the confirmation window, select Cancel signature.

    Result

    The contract status updates to Signature cancelled. For wet signature and electronic signature, a notification email is sent to all signatories. For offline signature, no notification email is sent to the signatories.
