Reclassify contract documents in third-party contract request

    • As a contract fulfiller, reclassify the documents submitted in a third-party contract review request. For example, you need to change the contract document type from Non-disclosure Agreement to Partnership Agreement.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the contract request type is Multiple contracts.

    Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the contract workspace and select the contract request.
    2. In the Contract Documents related list, select Reclassify.
    3. In the Existing contract type drop-down list, select the contract type that you want to reclassify.
    4. In the Reclassify to drop-down list, select the contract type into which you want to reclassify.Reclassify contract documents
      Only active contract types are displayed in the list.
    5. Optional: Add more information about the document in the Work notes field.
    6. Select Reclassify to update the classification.
    7. Select Save to save the record.
