Define communication plans, tasks, and recipients

  • Define the communication plan, tasks, and recipients that help the agent create a communication task to send out mass notifications.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Critical Event Management > Communication Plan Definition.
    2. Add a communication plan by selecting New or edit an existing communication plan.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For more information, see Communication plan form.
    4. Select Submit.
      Note:
      • You can add tasks and recipient list to the communication plan based on your organizational needs.
