    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller

    About this task

    For an amendment request, once the contract document is finalized and all signatures are complete, the existing Contract Repository record is updated with the changes from the amendment. In this record, you can view:
    • Contract details
    • Contract Documents
    • Contract requests
    • Amendment field changes
    You can view the certificate of completion in the Attachment pane.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to your workspace.
    2. On the Lists tab, navigate to Contract Requests and open a contract.
    3. Navigate to Contract repository tab.
    4. Select the contract repository record.
    5. To view the field changes, navigate to the Details tab.
    6. To view all the signed contract and the amendment requests associated with the contract repository record, navigate to Contract requests tab.
      The contract and amendment requests associated with the contract request is displayed.
    7. To view all the revisions of the contract and amendment documents, navigate to Contract documents.
      • The contract and amendment documents associated with the contract request is displayed.
      • The amendment contract documents have Amend<version> appended to the name. The <version> is automatically incremented for each signed amendment, but not for intermediate amendment versions.
      • Use Preview document option to view the document.
    8. To view field changes due to amendment, navigate to Amendment field changes.
      Field changes for each of the amendment is displayed along with new and old values.
    9. To view certificate of completion for the contract and amendment request, navigate to Attachments pane.
