Report a critical event as an agent

  • Create a ticket to report a critical event in Critical Event Management as an agent when an emergency alarm is raised offline.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_critical.agent

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the New Critical Event button.
    3. On the Critical Event form, fill out the fields.

    4. Select Save.
