Report a critical event as an employee

  • Create a ticket to report a critical event in Critical Event Management as an employee.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_critical.user

    Procedure

    1. Log in to the Employee Center.
    2. Navigate to Health and Safety > Workplace Emergency.
    3. Select Report Emergency.
    4. In the form, fill in the fields,

      Field Description
      What happened? Describe the nature of the emergency or incident.
      Where did it happen? Select the specific location of the incident from predefined options.
      ...or describe location Describe the location if the drop down options are not sufficient or applicable.
      Additional Information (Optional). Provide supplementary details, context, or clarification about the incident or emergency.
    5. Choose to submit the report immediately or later.
      • To submit the report immediately, select Submit.
      • To save the report to change and submit later, select Save as Draft.
