Configure Document Templates for DocuSign

  • Configure document templates to enable signing using the Docusign application.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dt_docusign.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All Document Templates.
    2. Select a template.
    3. Fill in the required fields on the form.
      1. In the Signing type field, select DocuSign.
      2. Define participants, define tasks for participants, and mark signature blocks.
      3. Associate the document template to the HR template of a service and initiate document tasks from a case.

    What to do next

    User who receives the document task can use the Docusign application for signing the document.
