HR Service Delivery is a suite of applications that drive employee productivity from hire to retire by connecting the systems and experiences across HR and the enterprise.
- Employees
- Employees access HR services and self-service features through the Employee Center. HR Service Delivery applications power the features employees use to manage their careers and get help when they need it.
- Managers
- Managers access HR tools through the Employee Center to support their teams and act on HR tasks.
- HR agents
- HR agents handle employee inquiries and resolve cases through the Agent Workspace, a unified interface for managing agent-employee interactions.
