    HR Service Delivery applications support employees at each stage: hiring, self-service during employment, growth, and departure.

    Employees
    Employees access HR services and self-service features through the Employee Center. HR Service Delivery applications power the features employees use to manage their careers and get help when they need it.
    Managers
    Managers access HR tools through the Employee Center to support their teams and act on HR tasks.
    HR agents
    HR agents handle employee inquiries and resolve cases through the Agent Workspace, a unified interface for managing agent-employee interactions.

    The Talent Development applications suite has been renamed to Growth Experiences and the Talent Acquisition application been renamed to Hiring Experiences.
