Install Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)

    • install and activate Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) from ServiceNow® Store.

    Before you begin

    The System Admin (admin) role is required to install the application.

    Make sure that you have installed and configured the following dependent applications:
    • Now Assist for Platform (sn_genai_platform)
    • Workplace Reservation Management
    • Workplace Case Management
    • Workplace Visitor Management
    • Workplace Concierge

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
    2. Select Sync now to synchronize the plugins page with your freshly entitled store application.
    3. Search in the search bar for a Now Assist product.

      Search for Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) (sn_wsd_gen_ai).

    4. Install the plugin and return to your instance.
      Note:
      Installing Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) (sn_wsd_gen_ai) activates and installs the Now Assist for Platform (sn_genai_platform).
