View a consolidated summary of all the feedback received for an employee.
Before you begin
Role required: manager
Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the Now Assist icon to start a conversation with the agent.

Converse with Now Assist in Virtual Agent to view or receive an update on a feedback request.

Select the employee who you'd like to view feedback for from the drop-down options suggested by the agent.
Note: You can also request for a summary of all employees.

View the summary or update on the feedback request you sent in the last 3 days.

Select View all received feedback to navigate to the feedback summary details page.

Navigate through the Feedback page for insights gathered for the selected employee from the following options:
- Feedback type: Filter o select the feedback type.
- Received from: Filter to select the feedback provider.
- Sort by: Filter to sort the feedback collected by date.
