Configure CSDM service mappings

    • Configure Common Service Data Model (CSDM) service mappings to the appropriate service table mappings. Ensure that the services or service offerings are tagged with the right business portfolio.

    Before you begin

    Role required: service_editor, or service_author

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Portfolio Management > CSDM Configuration > CSDM Service Mapping.
    2. Click New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields:

      Field Description
      Service table Service table to which the mapping is associated.
      Note:
      Only the tables configured in the service table configuration of your business unit appear.
      Service Name of the HR service.
      CSDM service offering CSDM service offering or service with which you want to map your BU service.
      Active Option to activate or deactivate the service mapping.
    4. Click Submit.
