  • Complete the pre-check tasks before your visit to ensure a smooth check-in when you visit the meeting location.

    Before you begin

    Procedure

    1. Log in to the visitor portal, then select a visit.
      For more information about logging in to the visitor portal, see Logging in to the visitor portal.

      You can select Message the host to send an email to the host.

    2. In the Visitor Details section, fill in your details, then select Save and next.
      Your first name and last name are required by default. Additional fields might be required based on the requirements set by the admin.
    3. In the Visitor Documents section, upload the required images, then select Save and next.
      You can either upload pictures or take pictures using your device camera.

      Your picture and additional pictures or documents might be required based on the organization policies.

    4. In the Policies section, read the policies, then select the acknowledgment box.
      You might have to provide a signature based on the requirements set by the admin.
    5. Select Save.
      You can edit the provided information by selecting Edit tasks.

    What to do next
