Enable intake forms for Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery

  • Enable intake forms to be available as categories while submitting legal requests or matters from Microsoft Outlook using Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_config

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Administration > Practice Areas.
    2. Select a practice area.
    3. From the Intake Forms related list, select an intake form.
    4. If you are prompted in a message at the top of the form to switch applications to be able to edit the record, select the word here.
    5. Select the Unlock Options icon Unlock Options icon. in the Options field in the Record Producer section.
    6. Enter Enable in the Select target record field.
    7. Select Enable for Microsoft Outlook Add-in from the list.
    8. Select Update.

    Result

    The request category will be available while submitting a legal request from Microsoft Outlook Add-in.
