Visitor portal
Use the visitor portal to manage your visits, complete pre-check tasks, and manage personal data.
The Visitor Portal enables visitors to manage their visits to an organization. The portal serves the following types of users:
- Internal visitors: Visitors who already have an account in the instance
- External visitors: Guests who authenticate using a one-time password sent to their registered email
After logging in as a visitor, you can view a personalized dashboard that displays your scheduled visits, RSVP status, pre-check task progress, and profile information.
You can use the pre-check workflow to complete required tasks in advance of your visit. These tasks include adding personal and professional details, uploading a profile picture or ID, and signing any visitor policies. The portal tracks the status of each task and displays them on the visit detail page. For recurring visits, the portal displays all upcoming instances of the event and you can respond, edit your response, or complete pre-check tasks for each occurrence.
The portal also provides profile and data management capabilities. As a visitor, you can view and edit your stored details like parking preferences and contact information. For privacy compliance, you can download a copy of your personal data and anonymize your personal data. Anonymizing your data removes all identifiable information from visit records while retaining the visit history itself.
