Configure pages for Workplace Services Kiosk

    • Configure pages that you want to display for check-in or check-out flows on the Workplace Services Kiosk.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_visitor.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Visitor Management > Administration > Page Configurations.
    2. On the Kiosk Page Configurations list, select New.
    3. On the Kiosk Page Configuration form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Kiosk Page Configuration form.
      Important:
      If the visitor policies for the acknowledgment page contain hyperlinks, visitors can use the links to leave the kiosk environment and they cannot return to the kiosk. The kiosk operator must reload the kiosk environment by using the kiosk URL.
    4. Save the record.
