View workplace insights on the dashboards

    • Access workplace insights directly from the Workplace Central Dashboard using Insight Cards. These cards deliver real-time data from various workplace sources, enabling managers and users to track important metrics like space utilization, occupancy rates, reservation trends, and environment summaries.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Note:
    Insights are linked to relevant user profiles based on predefined criteria and are shown on the Workplace Central dashboard based on the selected category.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Central > Workplace Central.

      You can also open Workplace Central from the Employee Center. Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central

    2. Select the following tabs to view insights related to a specific category:
      • Space Optimization
      • Occupancy Dashboard
      • Reservation Management
