Submit a privacy assessment request

  • Submit a privacy assessment request for yourself or on behalf of another user to seek services from the legal department.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center.
      Note:
      If you're using Legal Service Portal, you can submit a legal request by navigating to the Legal Service Portal and selecting a request from the Service Catalog.
    2. Navigate to Help center > Legal services.
    3. Select Privacy and Data category.
    4. Select Privacy Assessment.
    5. On the Privacy Assessment form, provide a description of the project or initiative for which you need the privacy assessment and the project sponsor.
    6. Indicate whether personal data is involved in the Is personal data involved? field.
    7. If you have selected Yes to indicate that personal data is involved, fill in the details for additional fields as following.
    8. Select Submit.
