View and track non-disclosure agreement requests as a legal user

    • View the details of a non-disclosure agreement request after it has been submitted and track the activities in the request.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user and sn_cm_core.contract_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center.
      Note:
      If you’re using Legal Service Portal, open a request by navigating to the Legal Service Portal and selecting My Requests > View all requests from the header.
    2. Select My Requests option on the header menu.
    3. Open your submitted non-disclosure agreement request.
    4. View the details of the contract request.

      • If the request uses internal storage for attachments, access the document by selecting it.
      • If the request uses external storage, access the document by selecting the link.

      Note:
      If legal fields have been modified in a workspace, the updated values and previous values are displayed in the corresponding variables in the Request Details tab in Employee Center.

    5. Optional: Track the activities in the request and post messages for the fulfiller working on it by accessing the Activity tab.
