The ServiceNow® Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery enables you to submit legal requests and matters from within Microsoft Outlook. You can receive requests or information over email. Use the add-in to submit legal requests or matters without having to log in to the instance. For adding attachments, just drag and drop emails, email attachments or attach files from your system.
