Set up Talent Definition

    • Create a talent profile definition to opt in to Talent Profile.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.admin/ sn_ta_tp.talent_profile_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Talent Acquisition > Talent Profile > Talent Definition.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the Talent profile definition form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Talent profile definition form.
    4. Select Submit.

    Result

    You have a new Talent Definition.

    What to do next

    Opt in to the Talent Profile.

    Note:
    You can see the default talent types when you change the Status of the default Restricted caller access (RCA)s from Requested to Allowed available in the application Source Scope Talent Profile.
