Configure field mappings

    • Map fields to copy the primary details from an HR case to a universal request (that is auto-created from the HR case).

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_uni_req.universal_request_write

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Mapping Configuration.
    2. Select an HR service.
    3. In the Create UR mappings related list, map the fields of an HR case with that of a universal request.
