Set up field data on the job requisition request form

  • Add an entry to the reference tables to provide the field values in the job requisition request form.

    Add an entry in the respective tables for the following field values to be available on the job requisition request form.

    You must have the admin role to configure the fields.

    • Add the Job Profile field entry to the Job Profile [sn_skills_int_job_profile] table and the Job Level field entry to the Job Level [sn_skills_int_job_level] table. For more information, see Components installed with Skills Foundation.
    • Add the Office Location field entry to the Office Location [sn_fin_office_location] table. For more information, see Add office locations.

    The Office Location field must have the Legal Entity field defined. For more information on adding a legal entity entry to the Legal Entity [sn_fin_legal_entity] table, see Legal entity.
