Create or modify a safety incident on the Mobile Agent app

  • A safety agent can create or edit a safety incident through the Mobile Agent app.

    Role required: sn_ohs_im.agent or sn_ohs_im.manager

    About this task

    Easily create safety incident records. Assign the new incident records to yourself or to a safety agent from the assigned groups. On the Mobile Agent app, add more details, such as hazards and watch-lists, if necessary. Use the activity stream for each related list to view the activity for that incident record.

    Procedure

    1. Open the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device.
    2. In the navigation bar, tap Home.
    3. Tap Safety incidents icon (safety incident icon) from the quick links section.
      Opens the All safety incidents list page where you can view the list of safety incidents.
    4. To modify an existing safety incident,
      • Swipe left on the safety incident record to view the edit option.
      • Open the safety incident record and tap More options icon more options.
    5. To add a new safety incident,
      1. Tap Create new incident on the All safety incidents list page.
      2. On the form, fill in the details.
      3. Select Submit.
