Create actions or findings for the smart assessment questionnaire
You can create actions or findings for every question in the smart assessment questionnaire. For example, to report a hazard observed while completing the smart assessment questionnaire.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_writer or sn_hs_rm.safety_audit_writer
Note:
To perform this task, the role must match or contain the role specified in the Assessment reader role field. This field is set during the smart assessment template
configuration. For more information, see Configure the smart assessment template for safety inspections and audits.
About this task
The actions or finding that are created for the inspections and audits through the Mobile Agent app gets synced with the workspace.
Procedure

Tap the Home icon (
).
- Select See all for the Smart assessment section.
- Tap the smart assessment record.

Tap the More actions (
) icon.
- Tap Actions list

Tap the More actions () icon on the Assessment actions list page.
- Tap the Create action button.
- Complete the Action input form.
- Tap the Submit button.
Result
The action record appears in the Assessment actions list page and is synced with the workspace.
