Assign a safety incident or observation

    • Assign a safety incident or observation to yourself or to another safety agent to start working on it.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager or sn_ohs_im.agent

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the incident management icon (Incident Management icon.).
    3. In the Lists tab, open the safety incident or observation list.
      • For the safety incidents list, select Safety Incidents and then Unassigned.
      • For the safety observations list, select Safety Observations and then Unassigned.
    4. In the list, select a record to open it.
    5. Navigate to the Assignment group field.
      • For the safety incidents, select Report an incident tab and then Enter incident summary playbook activity.
      • For the safety observations list, select Details tab.
    6. In the Assignment group field, select the safety group.

    7. In the Assigned to field, select your name.
      To assign to another agent, select the user.
    8. Select Save.

    Result

    The incident or observation is assigned to you or the selected agent.

    What to do next

    The assigned agent can start working on it to resolve it.
