  • The Health and Safety Workspace provides a single location for safety teams to process safety records. Agents can use it to manage incidents, risks, contracts, or cases depending on the applications installed.

    Workspace users

    The following users can use the Health and Safety Workspace. The workspace is personalized for different roles.

    User Description
    Safety manager Keeps track of safety frequency rates and assigns safety tasks to safety agents.
    Safety agent Works on incidents, observations, corrective and preventive actions, and conducts investigations.
    Safety operations manager Accesses Health and Safety operations landing page to report safety incidents and observations.
    Safety compliance manager Manages the establishments list and the generation of reports such as OSHA forms.
    Executive Views the Health and Safety executive landing page to gain insight into company's safety metrics.
    Application admin Configures the workspace as per business requirements.

    Accessing the workspace

    To open the workspace, navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.

    The Health and Safety Workspace opens in a new tab of the browser window.

    Landing page

    On the workspace landing page, the Health and Safety dashboard gives a quick overview of the widgets under the Highlights tab showing metrics and scores based on the Health and Safety applications installed. You can monitor the status and explore each component to see the list behind the score in these widgets. The widgets also help you and your team to monitor your workload, focus on high-priority items, and easily manage your responsibilities.

    Note:
    The widgets and the data that are displayed in the widgets depend on your role.
    The following is an example of the workspace landing page for the Health and Safety Core where the Health and Safety Incident Management application is installed.

    Primary navigation

    The primary navigation displays icons for the installed Health and Safety applications. Clicking on these icons takes you to the list view for each application. For example, if you have the Health and Safety risk management application installed, then you can view the risk related records by clicking the Risk management icon Risk assessment icon.
