Configure page routing for appointment booking

    • Configure page routing to redirect users to the appointment scheduling page.

    About this task

    When a user opts to schedule an appointment, the Appointment type page loads by default. The user can choose whether they want to schedule an appointment or join the walk-up queue. As an admin, you can configure the experience to skip the Appointment type page and redirect the user to the Schedule appointment page.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sp_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Page Route Maps.
    2. From the Page Route Maps list, select the Appointment type to Appointment booking record.
    3. Select the Active field, then save the record.

    Result

    The page routing is configured to load the Schedule appointment page when a user opts to schedule an appointment.
