Configure notification content for portal

  • Configure the notification display messages for each notification type on the Employee Center portal.

    Before you begin

    Role required: notification_provider_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Employee Center > Portal Notifications > Notification Content Configurations.
    2. Select New Provider Content and select Portal Content to create portal notification content.
      The options available are as follows.
      • Portal Content
      • Virtual Agent Content - Chat
      • Virtual Agent Content - Messaging
      • Workspace
      • Next Experience

    3. On the Portal notification content form, fill in the fields and select Submit.

    Result

    You have configured the notification content for your portal.
