You can make Guided Self-Service available from a topic. The GSS content appears on the topic page enabling your employees to easily self-serve.
Before you begin
Role required: admin, topic manager, taxonomy manager or contributor
Procedure

Navigate to .

Click and open the topic to which you want to associate the GSS content.

On the Guided Self-Service Process tab, click New.

On the form, fill in the fields.
